Usually not. More often we work alongside your incumbent partners — sharpening briefs, removing friction, and reviewing performance. If a vendor really isn't working, we'll say so plainly and help you find a better fit.

How are you typically engaged — project or retainer?

Both. Most clients start with a 4–8 week scoped project (e.g. a market entry plan or campaign), then move to a monthly retainer for ongoing coordination and performance work. We're transparent on rates and never lock you into long contracts.

Can you handle Mainland-only work without a HK component?

Yes. Our Shenzhen and Shanghai operations cover Mainland-only mandates across consumer, B2B, and tech. We coordinate locally and report in EN, ZH, or both.

What does "within one business day" actually mean?

It means a real human (usually one of the directors) reads your brief and responds within one HK business day with either a proposed call, written next step, or an honest "we're not the right fit." We don't believe in radio silence.
